I'm Simon Mendoza, a Graphic Designer with a BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and a minor in Advertising. My passion for design has taken me on a journey through a wide range of creative fields – from graphic design and typography to visual design, branding, logo creation, and web design. Along the way, I’ve also developed a strong advertising skill set, including copywriting, concepting, and campaign development. And hey, being bilingual in Spanish and French helps me connect with diverse audiences!

I've had the chance to take on some pretty cool roles, like Photographer and Social Media Manager for Hong Kong Pub Crawl, and Graphic Designer/Print Director at Ocala Style Magazine. These experiences helped me fine-tune my storytelling abilities and develop a deep appreciation for impactful design.

Some career highlights include winning the first-ever FLUX Startup Competition at SCAD Hong Kong and earning awards at the Florida Magazine Association Charlie Awards. My toolbelt? Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and more), along with other go-to tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver, and Figma.

When I'm not freelancing, I’m busy running Señor Fried – a home-based business where I share my love for Venezuelan cuisine with the people of Dundee. I’m always on the lookout for new creative challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
