For this project, we were asked to choose or create a restaurant business that we could rebrand or brand, for each choice respectively. Our team decided that creating a new food truck would have been a unique choice as no one thought of doing one for this project.


This idea came from wanting to create a finger-food food truck that could venture its way through the streets of Hong Kong. Hava Tapa is the collective effort of our team and an attempt at creating a brand that not only stands out, but a brand that local Hong Kong residents can enjoy and remember on a day to day basis.

Following the unique patterns of Spanish tile design, the menu fits the theme of a Spanish house.

The logo is represented by the ever prominent bull imagery that is present in Spanish culture.

The name is a quirky way of saying "Have-a-tapa", encouraging the customer to enjoy a nice tapa.
